Travelling to Australia

 

Q: I’m not an Australian citizen. Do I need special documentation to enter Australia and attend this Summit?
A: Entry requirements vary depending on your country of citizenship. To find out whether you need a visa, please visit the Australian Immigration Office website

 

Q: Can I receive a discount on my travel fare?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot provide a travel fare discount.

Visa Application - Letter of Invitation

Q:  I need a letter of invitation to apply for my visa.

A:  During the registration process for EIS 2021 you will be asked if you require a letter of invitation.  Tick the box on the registration form and you will be required to input your passport details. Once you have submitted and paid in full for your registration the letter of invitation will be sent directly to your email address which you registered with.  Please allow 24 hours for this to arrive in your inbox.  If the visa is not granted by the Australian Immigration Office, then you can request a refund for your registration fees paid.  Please refer to our cancellation policy.

Accommodation and getting around

Q: Do I need to book my own hotel room?

A: Yes. We have negotiated special rates at the Summit venue the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.  You can make a reservation at this hotel when registering.
