Who can attend?
Q: Can my spouse or partner attend?
A: Yes, absolutely! You are welcome to invite friends, family and co-workers along to the Summit, including the Welcome Reception. They will simply need to register their attendance, pay the registration fee, and RSVP their attendance to the Welcome Reception. More information about the program will be available online soon.
Travelling to Australia
Q: I’m not an Australian citizen. Do I need special documentation to enter Australia and attend this Summit?
A: Entry requirements vary depending on your country of citizenship. To find out whether you need a visa, please visit the Australian Immigration Office website
Q: Can I receive a discount on my travel fare?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot provide a travel fare discount.
Visa Application - Letter of Invitation
Q: I need a letter of invitation to apply for my visa.
A: During the registration process for EIS 2021 you will be asked if you require a letter of invitation. Tick the box on the registration form and you will be required to input your passport details. Once you have submitted and paid in full for your registration the letter of invitation will be sent directly to your email address which you registered with. Please allow 24 hours for this to arrive in your inbox. If the visa is not granted by the Australian Immigration Office, then you can request a refund for your registration fees paid. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
Q: I only plan on attending one day of the Summit. Can I pay for one day only?
A: Yes, simply purchase a day registration.
Q: Several of my colleagues and I are registering for the summit. Is there a special group rate?
A: No, there is no discount for registering your group.
Accommodation and getting around
Q: Do I need to book my own hotel room?
A: Yes. We have negotiated special rates at the Summit venue the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. You can make a reservation at this hotel when registering.
