The Evidence and Implementation Summit (EIS) is a biennial conference showcasing the latest advances in evidence synthesis and translation, evaluation and implementation science. Initially established in 2012 as the Biennial Australian Implementation Conference, the summit has grown to become a leading global event in the evidence and implementation sector, with worldwide appeal.
The 2023 Summit is co-hosted by the Centre for Evidence and Implementation, the National University of Singapore’s Centre for Behavioural and Implementation Science Interventions (BISI) and Monash University. The event will take place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from the 9th to the 11th of October.
Summit participation can be in-person or virtual, with various ticket options available. Early bird discounts are offered on all ticket purchases until 3 September 2023.

Event History
The Evidence and Implementation Summit (EIS) is an evolution of the Biennial Australian Implementation Conference, first held in 2012. Building on this successful model, the 2018 event was dubbed the Global Evidence and Implementation Summit.
Emerging from the Covid-19 pandemic, the event became the Evidence and Implementation Summit (EIS) in 2021. For the first time in its history, the Summit was completely virtual, with an international audience of nearly 2,200 participants.
In 2023, EIS will return to an in-person format at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), 9-11 October. Virtual attendance is also welcomed, with a variety of registration options available.
